Flamebor StitchFlex is a flexible microporous thermal insulation quilt, made of fiberglass cloth wrapped around the core material and stitched. For its flexible feature, it is designed for applications that require flexibility and torsional properties.

Wrapped up and down with fiberglass cloth, four-sided stitched and quilted in the middle to achieve its flexibility. After this treatment the surface is clean and easy to handle and cut. It is mainly composed of fumed silica mixed with fiber reinforced material. With very low thermal conductivity under limited thickness, it can effectively improve the energy efficiency of the working equipment.

Flamebor StitchFlex offers 4 application temperature models 950℃、950℃ Hydrophobic、1000℃ and 1000℃ Hydrophobic. Other demands can also be customized.
