Product Description

Flamebor combining high strength ceramic fiber and advanced double-sided needling process, Flamebor provides various specifications of fiber blankets which are tough,flexible and elastic with working temperature from 1000 to 1500℃. It has excellent dimensional stability and resistance to thermal shock under high temperature. Different temperature, grade, density, size and thickness of ceramic fiber blankets can be selected according to different application scenarios.


PROCESS

All kinds of ceramic fiber blankets are made of corresponding ceramic fiber bulk by blowing or spinning process, which is completed by needling, heating treatment, cutting and packing. The spinning process produces long fiber filaments that are tough and elastic after needling and heating, which guarantees blankets will not tear out before or after heating.
