Product Description

Flamebor ceramic fiber bulk is made of coke gemstone, industrial alumina, silica powder, zircon sand, etc. with spinning technology or spray technology . The use of different raw materials enables its working temperature to be from 1000 to 1400℃. Alumina crystalline fiber is produced by the colloidal spinning technology, and the crystalline bulk and relevant products can reach the working temperature between 1400-1650 ℃.

Ceramic fiber bulk can be used as thermal insulation material and can also be further processed into fiber blanket, board, felt, module, paper, cloth, rope and vacuum formed shape.



PROCESS

There are mainly two production processes for ceramic fiber bulk, namely spinning and blowing.

The spinning process is to melt the raw material into high temperature stream, then spin it into fiber with a high-speed centrifuge.

The blowing process is to melt the raw material into high temperature stream, then blow it into fiber with a high speed spraying and blowing machine.

√ Common ceramic fiber bulk is mainly made of flint clay, melted by electric resistance furnace with blowing or spinning process.

√ High purity ceramic fiber and high aluminum ceramic fiber is mainly made of industrial alumina and silica powder, melted by electric resistance furnace, high purity ceramic fiber can be made by spinning wire or blowing process, and high aluminum ceramic fiber is made only by blowing process.

√ Ceramic fiber (Zirconium) is mainly made of high purity alumina, silica powder and zircon sand with spinning process after melting by electric resistance furnace.

√ Mullite crystalline ceramic fiber is produced by colloidal spinning process. The corresponding stoste is configured according to the content of mullite. After filtration and concentration, the stoste will be spun to form fiber preform which will form crystalline fiber after heat treatment process.
